If you mean to replace just the individual button caps then I'm not sure how. I was going to give it a go for a video for my channel but mine are perfectly OK so didn't want to damage anything and just buying a "spare" unit isn't cheap.
The only other way is to remove the whole panel but even then still got to find a way to replace the caps.
