I'm guessing they're worth the £23 + £3 P&P that they sold for on eBay two nights ago

You got a fair price for them, and probably would have paid that price had they been up for sale on here too; so I think selling them for £25 inc delivery would be penance

Your god may love a trier, but the forum gods and the good folk on here don't love profiteering

Haha ... i will have to try them on and see if they are worth selling, and take what is offered i guess :)

Now i know how the forum works ... i will remember this and bit commit sins in the future

i sold a set a few weeks back for £60 delivered so his asking prices is that bad even if hes making money off them

That's more than BMW charge, so you did very well

That aside, this forum is not a place to sell items for profit - sell them on eBay or Gumtree if you want to do that.

Many people have given away items for free on here and have simply asked for money to be donated to the forum in lieu.

It's a community vibe on here, which is why there are rules to that effect:

General Rules

Profiteering:

Items must not be sold for more than the original price paid by the seller including any post and packing charges.

The OP took the guidance and it was all done in light humour, if they want to sell on eBay for £60 then best of luck - I don't begrudge them for making profit, but this isn't the place :)

Well handled, nicely put and lessons learned
