Clear Headlight

I'm a new z4 owner and I'm trying to figure out how everyone got rid of the orange bit in the headlights. I don't want to buy a whole headlight kit to replace the oem ones. Anyone know how to do this?

You have to break the unit in half and take out the orange hockey stick. Issue is, the Z4 headlights aren’t sealed together with just sealant, like most other cars. Part of the unit is glued together, so you need to dremel/cut them apart which makes it more risky.

LCI cars came with clear headlights but they are very expensive secondhand, esp xenons.
