Cleaning the inside of a windscreen

Do it whilst wearing some clothes
I was going to say that but thought better of it

The best glass cleaner I have found is Stoner Invisible Glass, but IPA is very good too (and a lot cheaper)

Seems a bit of a waste of India Pale Ale! :D

Any method will be better than not doing it!
I use a creamy polish - the autoglym one from a few years back, I've still got some. It's a bit blue-coloured. Apply with MF cloth or paper towels, leave for a couple of mins whilst you do one of the side windows, buff it off and then use a rain-repellant on the exterior of the windows - I've got a turtle wax cheapo at the mo but it seems to work fine. It won't stop rain obv but it does make the wipers' job a bit easier.
Whatever you do - take massive amounts of care not to whack the rear view mirror off - go really gentle anywhere near that. It will cost £££ if you remove it by smashing it with your elbow!

Best technique I've seen and used:

Spray your window cleaning agent onto a clean microfibre cloth

Then lie along the drivers seat and onto the passenger seat to reach all the inside windscreen (if you're right handed - vice versa if left handed)

Then use another clean microfibre cloth to polish the window up.

The important thing is to use separate cloths for each part of the process and spray onto the cloth not the window.

Works for me. . .

:driving:

I just use whatever domestic glass cleaner we have around. Spray onto cloth (so it doesn't go everywhere) as posted above and buff with a second cloth.

Damn! That's my dirty little secret out!

PS sorry to disappoint but Christmas is not over until twelfth night, Jan 6th!

AG for me as well. Which reminds me that I still have the edge of the tax disc holder glue to remove :D

I use a product by swissvax which I found to be the best one I've tried so far. http://www.theultimatefinish.co.uk/swissvax/crystal-glass-cleaner.aspx

:D

vinegar+water solution with bit of dishwasher liquid, wipe with microfiber towel clean. Vinegar is pretty damn good at giving you no streak, no smell type interior. proportion of vingerar to water is something you need to look up online based on vinegar strength you have (30% or 5%). If you make it too strong your eyes wont like it btw, ask me how I know.

Also helps if you use white vinegar rather than some out of a jar of pickled onions...
