Cleaning the dash...

Silly question i know but .... how are some of you doing it? When i use micrfibre cloth its like Velcro? Do you have a soft brush? I have a few stubborn marks that i want to get out.
 
I use an old m/f cloth that has worn down & been washed a lot so doesn't stick. Never had to get marks off before, but if I did I'd start with an old toothbrush and soapy water, with a cloth to soak up drips / spills.
 
Lint free cotton cloth and either an APC (diluted) or something like 303 Aerospace Protectant - spray onto the cloth rather than the dash. If you have a heavily textured surface and there's something that the cloth can't get at, gentle use of a medium/soft detailling brush usually does the trick.

As always, before you use any previously-untried cleaning product it's a good idea to try it on a small, out-of-the-way area first just to check that it won't leave marks of it's own
 
Tried a whole array of products but found AG Vinyl & rubber treatment the easiest & left the best finish on the dash & doorcards :thumbsup:

Cheers for the replies guys, i shall try a few of the mentioned ways, chucked all my old microfibres away last week after a big tidy up, i have a few detailing brushes around though.

The marks in mind look like dirty finger prints on the passengers side
 
I use a cheap sponge and cut it up in smaller pieces to apply the interior cleaner and wipe off with clean cloth.
Also use the sponge pieces to apply my fav tyre dressing.
