Cleaning rear glass

OK... so after cleaning the car today... whats the easiest way of getting to clean the inside of the rear glass?

Firstly, dislocate your shoulder blades and then lean backwards between the seats.

Seriously it's not easy to do . I just kneel on the drivers seat and lean in as far as I can.
