Cleaning products what do you use.??

My 2p worth on the subject, have a look at the Killerwaxx range of products from the clay cloth company. Absolutely the mutts nuts easy to apply and remove brings out the best of your paintwork. I have tried lots of other brands in the past but Killerwaxx is epic.

I use a number of products from many different brands. I have tried Autoglym but wasnt too impressed. Used Fusso Soft99 when it comes to waxing and to be honest, its brilliant! The beading afterwards always puts a smile on my face. For scratches, I used poorboys world and for claying, meguires 8) interesting thread and a few new names I think I might try!

My normal method and products is

Snow Foam (Bilt Hamber Snow Foam)
Wash - (Meguiar's Gold Class Car Shampoo, 2 bucket method) with 2 wash mitts (Meguiars)
A coat of Autosmart Tardis

When I am doing my annual clean, which I need to do soon, this has reminded me, I use

Snow Foam (Bilt Hamber Snow Foam),
Wash - (Meguiar's Gold Class Car Shampoo, 2 bucket method) with 2 wash mitts Meguiars
Decontamination with Autosmart Tardis, Iron X (Car Pro), and Clay (Bilt Hamber Soft)
Coat of Autosmart Tardis,
Coat of Autoglym HD Wax

Used killerwaxx products on the car, washed with usual shampoo clay cloth to remove old wax and general grot then killerwaxx Nannerz followed by extreme wet look. You can get these and more from the clay cloth company.
Really easy to apply and remove and give a brilliant finish worth a look for your pride and joys people.

Definitive wax Foam or Pre wash,
Autobrite direct Britegel on wheels,
Britemax Cleanmax Shampoo, Definitive wax shampoo, or ab purple velvet,
2bm using soft 99 sponge,
Bilt hamber korrosol fallout remover,
G3 clay mitt,
Carpro ceriglass to clean glass then gtechniq g1 to seal,
Koch Chemie h8.02, m2.01, and p2.02 or megs 101,105 and 205 for polishing,
Chemical guys hexlogic pads or megs microfiber pads on the da21,
If a glaze is required its 50 cal filler glaze or ab brilliance,
wax choice is always definitive wax, depending on time of year its Durus Glaze or Pro edition in winter months and Ostendo glaze and Cora in summer.
QD's for good multi purpose its megs last touch or optimum qd, for a sealant type top up is definitive qd pro or ab p32,
on plastic trims its ab abyss paste,
Exhaust tips britemax twins,
interior leather gliptone cleaner and conditioner,
ab fab to clean upholstery,
carpro perl to dress interior plastics,
and finally tyres its pinnacle black onyx

Shoot me but I've used them since I was boy doing Bob a job car washing. I always get top quality real leather ones and are always kept mint clean. One for the body work. One for the alloys. im sure I will get informed properly. opcorn:

Me too Simo used a chamois for 55years . Perfect drying every time.

I'm no expert mate but I reckon hands, tongue & wallet would come waaaay before sponge in the dating department

Only on the wheels if they need a little extra to remove any brake dust etc. (I dont use it on the car paintwork! )

Not polished for a while, currently building up the nerve to use the DAS6, and have never waxed as not sure of the process yet
Have tried AG Intensive Tar Remover with no success whatsoever, claying never really works for me for some reason and PB Wheel Sealant something I've also dropped, maybe was expecting too much from it
