Cleaning Alcantara trim on Ivory interiors

Bought a suede cleaning block from a shoe heeling place....and it takes any dirt and black marks away...go gentle with it, but it does the trick a treat

Will it work on this

Wife sits with seat fairly upright to see over long bonnet and seatbelt rubs. Murder to clean as it get dirty almost immediately

Could you buy cream seat belts pads or similar?

Mine were that dirty and it's almost as good as new.....only about a fiver....
