clay bar reactions

has any one used the meiguirs clay bar on their grey z4? used it on my red TT but wanted peoples reactions on the finish :P
 
I have used only BlackFire products on my silver Z, but have used the Meguiars on other vehicles: decent clay, love their wash.
 
I did - used it on my Sterling Grey Z4 - it came up lush after claying and some Swissvax :sweetheart:

I got a really bad skin reaction to the lube they supply though, so I used really well diluted Fairy in a water sprayer instead. I've never had any skin problems in the past, which did make me think twice about exactly what they put in it.
 
Used Meguirs clay and their spray on a Sterling grey Z4 and Silver X5.

No problems on either and a great finish (but was that the clay, swirl remover, glaze, polish, or the pc that did it all??)

clay bars should all be the same. that said- i did buy a meguiars bar once years ago that smeared horribly, so I've stayed away from theirs since then. most likely it was just a fluke though.

but hmm...i should probably throw away my ~8 year old bottle of Erazer lube........
