“The BMW Z4 M Coupé is a car that’s chronically undervalued considering its rarity, style and driving experience,”

Only for the MC, nothing for you hairdressers to see here...

Prices were holding in the summer, but the winter downturn has been ridiculous. Maybe a £4-5k drop for some.

Best to just drive it. :driving:

Ha, of course it'll no doubt immediately skyrocket just after I have sold mine in spring for £15k (*just as it did when I sold my CSL for £22k)

Then keep it. :?

Somehow I don't see prices taking off now I've bought one!

I remember looking at a CSL that was up for sale for about the same price :headbang:

I turned down a 60k mile Z3MC for under £8k just before the prices went crazy :headbang:

Haha, I’ll top trump you there, I bought SLK 230k for £5k more than I could have had a Z3MC in year 2000

Bad but i sold a mint 964 for £13500 in 2010  soon after they ascended with sickening speed

I sold my fathers old Aston Martin Virage that I had bought him( not the most exciting but it was chassis No 1 , brutish racing green with piped magnolia hide) for £27K because he wanted a Lexus 430 C

Haha, all brilliant fails...but chassis No 1 on any Aston must be worth bonkers money!

What’s a decent 964 worth today....£40k..?

Thereabouts  though I like to console myself with getting out of a
V8 645ci at £10k when 6 months later the same cars were £7500 , the snakes & ladders of the car world is nothing new but at least with all the experience you learn a little along the way  incidentally , took a deposit on the 997 yesterday :o

I sold the S2000 I bought instead of the Z3MC for a profit after 12 months but it hasn’t made me feel any better!
I could have bought the Z3MC and Mr W’s 964 for what I paid for my Z4MC :headbang:

My father just did not get the AM thing, it came back from works service once with the boot flooded full of petrol !!! They never made up the fuel line connections to the fillers :(
My father refused to send it back to WS , so I stripped the boot lining , sent it for retrim and it came back with an Aston Martin overall 👍👍
God I wished I had kept it !!!!
