'Clack' noise when reversing to a stop

Hi all,heard it a couple of times now when reversing and dabbing the brakes i get a clack noise,i had this on my e46 when creeping forwards or back,turned out to be the pads moving slightly back and forth
Has anyone else noticed this in their zed?-thanks

Can this damage the caliper?-can the tabs be adjusted?

Did a search,but nothing obvious came up

These were new pads fitted a couple of months ago

Sometime there's a little insert that stops this happening. Dunno the zed pads too well, never changed them myself, a previous car had them, and I didnt fit them. the pads made all sorts of noises until i put them on
