Citrus pre wash or snow foam

I'm planning on introducing VP Citrus Pre-Wash into my winter washing routine.

Down to the local jet wash, spray the Pre-wash on, leave to dwell, go inside buy my token for the jet wash and rinse (from a little further away than most, as I don't like to hit the paintwork with too much pressure) the wash off.

Drive home and wash as normal from there.

I want to use the PW to remove as much of the road grime and grit as possible before any "touching" stages.

Used the VP Citrus pre-wash on Debs car yesterday.

Sprayed it on, left for 5 minutes, then applied snowfoam over the top of it (VP Advanced neutral) and left a further 5 minutes.

Pressure washed off and all the traffic film also cam off. Needed the pressure washer lance about 6 inches from the paint, but it came off - whereas without the pre-wash it stays on.

So a touchless wash - rain due and lazy so didnt bucket wash...and due to that ,didn't dry either.

Took longer with the pressure washer than normal, but then I saved time by not bucket washing, although normally I would also bucket wash and dry.

But this has got to be a winner in the winter to keep ontop of the crud!

I wonder if using the snowfoam as a pre-wash (instead of the citrus pre-wash) would do the same? Using just snowfoam doesnt.
