Chrome Kidney Grille... Opinions please

Hi
I decided that the standard grille on my 3.0i needed changing, so i decided to get a new grille in all chrome. However i haven't seen any cars on this forum with chrome kidney grills. so i have posted a few pictures of the new and old.

Old grille


one side replaced


and both sides all chrome

(a rock modified my licence plate :x getting new ones next week)

let me know what you think of the new one all thoughts welcome

From the close-up shots I think that looks good against your colour of car.

Not sure if it would work as well with all colours though.

Shame about that rock :thumbsdown:

I quite like them actually. Didn't think I would but on your colour car IMO it looks pretty cool.

Have the same colour with chrome grills. A good cobination i.m.o. - well I would say that...

Thanks for your thoughts. i think it looks much better personally.
Have seen the chrome grill on my e90 and thought it would suit the z

I quite like the chrome grill.. but like others have said i think it will look better on a grey/ silver car then on a black one like mine.

suprised that i like this don't usually like chrome extras but that works well with the sterling grey.
