Chrome exhaust tips

Hello guys, have just bought some exhaust tips off redzedfour and am wondering are there different sizes for the cars 2.0 2.2 2.5 and 3.0 or universal one size fits all Thanks in advance Steve. ps not sure what car redzedfour had think was maybe 2.0 roadster mine is the 3.0 roadster if this helps.

2 litre cars have got single wider exhaust tip I believe,2.2, 2.5 & 3 ltr,I think are the same.

someone else will correct me,if I am wrong.

cheers navid he was selling two tips so maybe they do fit but i dont wish to damage either part thanks for your help. steve

The 2.0i has an oval tip, bmw parts catalogue has different part numbers for the 2.2i/2.5i and 3.0i, it lists the same part number for the 2.5si and 3.0si though.

Thanks again for help would it be fair to assume they just "slip on" as described or do they need help got horrible feeling they wont fit, and they do look so good. Cheers guys , Steve

just take them to your local exhaust shop. whether they slip on or require welding, they will get it done in 20 mins

Slip on, push hard, tighten two screws underneath job done, probably take you less than 1 minute

Different sizes for different models:

2.2/2.5 Part number 82 12 0 151 089
3.0 Part number 82 12 0 151 088

2.0 has a single oval secton trim.

As others easy fitting slip on and tighten the two bolts! Don't foget some copper slip on the bolt threads to reduce corrosion should you want to remove them at any time.
