CHRIS KNOTT News – BIGGER DISCOUNTS and a Christmas Bonanza

I’d heard the rumour but it has just been confirmed by my bosses – we’re going to be offering an END OF YEAR SALE to sign up more of this forum’s members PLUS a special Christmas BONUS Prize Draw.

Apparently, we’ve successfully negotiated with insurers to allow us to be more aggressive between now and the end of January 2013. So where price is the only barrier to you switching to Chris Knott, our staff have been told to remove that barrier.

As long as you meet our usual criteria, we expect to be the best option for many more members as a result.

It’s a risky strategy for insurers and not one that’s not sustainable all year round (before you ask :) ).

We have a quote floor of £250 so we can’t chase premiums down below this but, if you’ve been quoted more, you’ve got a good chance of SAVING MORE MONEY WITH CHRIS KNOTT.

As this promotion covers the festive period we’re also offering a great Christmas BONUS Prize Draw. Switch your car insurance to us before 1st February 2013 and you’ll automatically be in with a chance of winning a Ferrari Driving Experience at Silverstone*, courtesy of Chris Knott Insurance.

If your car insurance is due in the coming months, put us to the test and ask Chris Knott Insurance for a quote.

*You can choose from a Ferrari, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Fiesta Rally Car or single-seater racing car.

If you've got another quote we can use as evidence to negotiate with the insurers, that's certainly a good idea. We don't like losing clients, especially car club members, so I'd hope our guys would pull out all the stops.

Emphasis on the phrase 'switching to Chris Knott'. It's a deal to sign-up new clients. Having said that, we're doing all we can to keep clients (hence our loyalty discounts for extra policies and our 'recommend a friend' scheme). If you've had a better quote, tell us and we'll use it to negotiate with insurers for you.

oohh goody . cause i,m with classicline at the mo & don,t have a policy in my own name with Ck :D always happy to switch for a better deal

Hey mr wilks if you are going to try them any chance i could nominate you as my (recomended a friend scheme) :) maybe i could get a bit more discount.

jonnyfive, if you're an existing CK client, you'll get £20 OFF your own renewal for every referred friend that goes ahead with cover.

well i gave them a go but unfortunately is was a "sorry , we can,t get near the classicline quote "

do you still not insure owners aged around 22 yrs old?

you've missed out on over 5k of insurance premiums that ive given to other insurers that aren't afraid of insuring young uns...

For what length of time will a quote be valid?
My insurance isn't due to expire until March 2013 and as there is a cancellation fee, even if you were cheaper, I would be unlikely to change until then for that reason.

Normally 30 days :(

Mine is due for Jan 1st, and the renewal has gone up £200 from Direct Line, so I won't be staying there.

Even doing a quick online comparison beats my renewal by £300 so I hope Chris Knott live up to their promises... will let you know.
