So I've seen a great looking 2005 black 3.0 with some history, heated seats sorted roof, recent brakes ,service, disa, but it's a cat c for 3200,
Also seen a grey 2004 3.0 with a hard top and spare wheels, some history no heated seats , not sure about the roof or disa or when it was last serviced, not a cat c for 4200. Both around 80k miles both a 3 hour journey ,
Arghhh I hate buying cars

3 hours to see a car you don't really think you want. You either bite the bullet or be patient and keep searching. :)

I wouldn’t let a cat c put you off. Ask for info/pics for the reason for write off and documents of repair. If all stacks up seems you many have found a well sorted car.

That's the one I'm leaning towards, it looks spot on, was there a higher bhp 3.0 model or were they all the same?

All pre 3.0 litres are the same output 230bhp and all UK Post 3.0 litres are the same 265bhp

A small ding can make these cars a Cat C....or it could have been a massive smash, they group these all together unfortunately. I'd be asking what exactly happened with it.
