Chirping car

I just noticed that when I fire up the car in the morning it makes a brief 'electronic chirping' sound (once) as it fires. No warning lights, runs fine. Any idea what this is? I only just noticed it, so assume it's a recent thing.

Could be a squeaky fan belt, they can sound quite electronic sometimes, or an aftermarket stereo having power restored to it by the engine firing?

No, it's not fan belt, and the stereo is standard. But there is some sort of amplifier device behind the radio unit. Will monitor it to see if it gets any more frequent.

Dried out engine mounts?

Exhaust movement/mounts loose?

Firewall end of struts loose?

Bonnet hinges squeaking?

Alternator bearings?

Hope you get it sorted. . .

:driving:

Our Zed's produce quite a lot of sounds. So being specific on describing or even better - hearing the sound would be helpful :D
You may get all sort of sounds: Grinding headlight adjustment. Or starter motor releasing flywheel. Or some electronics which do some checks prior to starting. Or ventilation flap. Or just fuel pump priming.
