Annoys me too, but he's proved he's good, as has Alonso. Yet to be convinced Vettle is any good, despite being multiple WC. Says a fair bit about F1 that I think that.
 
if Hamilton wins the championship with Merc then 4 times winner vettel will have to move to another team to cement his place as one of the greats

Ultimately a Schumi fan having watched him develop in the early years under Eddie Jordan. Plus after following Senna and Mansell in the good old days, Lewis does have race craft.

Personally wanted the race to finish so he bagged the 25 points and also loved the way he dominated his team mate in all the practice sessions.

On a personal note I've met Jenson and Lewis through work and honestly these guys are like you and I. It's just that the media often changes ones perspective.

I met Lewis for the first time at Goowood 4 years ago. Apart fron taking the P out of my E89 he spent 30 minutes chatting to my then 17 yr old who was mesmerised. Proper normal bloke.

I agree a few years back, but I think he has definitely matured in the past two seasons.

I completely agree, but I can't help but think he has just learned to hide it from the media. Don't think he's really changed. Even if he has, my opinion is based on what was happening a few years back.
 
I admit his newly aquired "American" accent bugs me. But at the end of the day what would you or I do if we were paid £15,000.000 a year.

I personally wouldn't be perfect.

(Nothing against the accent by the way I love it when spoken by ladies but he's from Hertfordshire).

I'm by no means suggesting that I'd act any better, but I base my opinions on other drivers who are in the same position. Jensons a lovely lad!
