My first thread on here, so be gentle...

I got my Z in september, trading in my S3 for it... Always played about with car's I've had, and this is no different, though more subtle than previous cars I've had.

Bought it standard, and this is how it now looks,

Next up is sort the tailpipes out, not sure weather to go for a new backbox completely though.

Cheers

Yeah, nice wheels. They're not OEM, are they?

Always been impressed by how well the E85 design has aged, particularly if you compare it to other cars from 2002/2003. :o

Superb looking Z mate, like to see nice subtle mods like these. IIRC those wheels are fitted to the 1 and 3 series special motorsport editions which were sold in limited numbers for something to do with BMW being in the BTCC - Correct me if im wrong though.

It's on FK springs.

Not too many plans really, upgrade the brakes with some decent disks/pads, and sort the tailpipes out (not sure to buy OEM trims, or a custom or off the shelf exhaust, idea's welcome!) Other than that, a new headunit to connect to ipod.

Got a trackday booked in april at Oulton park, and planning a big roadtrip around Europe in september, including the ring.

To agree with you and others, those rims really suit the car and give it a modern twist. I like the ride height too. The oem chrome trims are cheap enough and make a huge difference imo
