Cheer me up...

So son comes home from sporting activities and vanishes into room as typical teenagers do. Shortly after I get SMS'd that he wants me to take him to A&E and please don't worry his mother about it.

So now I'm sat in A&E with zero idea about what's going on. He's 19 so no right to ask either...

Glum :(

Sorry to hear that Stuart - hope it all works out. Usual thing with teenage boys (my son is 16) - they share when they want to, anything else is an intrusion.

Could be anything, at least he asked you! When I was 19 I would have asked one of my mates and not told my parents. Hope everything is ok :?

He asked you not to bother his mother because he knew there's no way she would just take him to A&E without knowing why.
Blokes amaze me!
Hop he's ok tho.

Trying to look on the bright side. Medics not rushing around with worried looks and he got seen quickly. Hopefully it's a bit of teenage angst over something minor.

Oops, we've been found out.

Looks like teenage angst. A 2hr wait resulted in pills and instructions to go back in a week. Relieved.

Thanks all for the kind words

Tapatalking...

Glad all is ok :)

Good on ya for being there, I'm sure he'll tell you at some point... maybe :?
