The problem is his lack of remorse / unwillingness to accept he was guilty of a crime.

Footballers are supposed to be role models.

He should consider politics instead - will fit right in

I think there is still an appeal pending , maybe he wont show remorse because he'wasnt guilty, just found guilty, what would you do ? if some one accused me of stealing , it went to court and i was found guilty but I had'nt done it, I would not show remorse. I hate injustice. there are only two people who know what really happened.Tricky one. Imagine how the guildford four must have felt, plucked off the street cause they were Irish, does'nt bear thinking about .
I wouldn't shag a piss head when a mate texted me saying she was up for it. If I was a professional footballer I'd find my own bike for the night :-). He's been refused an appeal as the conviction is sound. The review thing will come to nothing.

There are 5 people that know what happened, Ched, his mate that took the victim back, Ched's 2 mates that were trying to film the rape and the victim. For me it's not that he can't be a footballer because he will be a role model, his victim deserves not to ever have to see him again.

Well said Oli445

Not sure what all the fuss is about with him playing football again, he's shite, hardly championship standard and never will be premier league.

For the sake of his victim he should run along quietly and be done with it. He doesn't deserve to be in the spotlight.
