Hi I was getting a catalytic converter fault after about 200km
I had the valve stem seals done and this issue went away ,untill today the light came back on after driving for about 2000km with the same fault any ideas 2005 2.0 z4

Until you scan the car for codes you’ll only have pure speculation

I don't think repeating the question will somehow magically get you a better answer
That being said, as @bigwinn mentioned, scan the car. I'd wager it's something like the O2 sensors.

What's the actual fault code? Does your scanner even mention a code? I'd expect something like a P040 code or something.

It doesn't give a code but I had the sensors changed last year

In that case have someone with a decent code reader do some checking. Even a cheapo OBD2 wireless dongle with a free app will spit out codes. Without those, it's pretty hard to say one thing or another about whatever is going on.
