Cheapest place for a throttle body?

The problem with my car turned out to be a damages throttle body. I need a new one and understand this is a common problem can anyone help me out with where the cheapest place to get one is? Cheers

Not sure about it being a common problem? Not heard of that one before.

You could try www.bmminiparts.com/ otherwise give Soper Lincoln a call, if you do a quick search you'll bring up the correct contact details, used to give discount (rade prices) to the forum.

Cheers, I know its a late response but the cheapest place I found one was Eurocarparts for £171 which I thought was reasonable they had it in stock too.

I took it to a diagnostics place near me and they said its common with the X5 and they have had a few zeds in too with the same problem although I think it is the circuit board that has broken as I have the old part and cannot see any obvious damage to the housing etc.
