Looks like the fairly rare (AFAIK) non-M-Sport 35i. Seems to have a lot of extras, heated memory sports seats, iDrive, Auto lights/wipers etc and a decent mileage. Wonder why it's a low price though? :?

It looks genuine to me. The car is priced correctly.

CAP value that car at £7000-7500 for a private sale.£4800-5100 for a trade in. AutoTrader suggest listing it at £7800. WBAC offer £5400.
