Cheap Vreds?

Need 2 rears... Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas 265/35/18... Anyone know anyone with them on offer or anything? Anyone bought recently to compare?

Have found £138 +del at their alleged UK distributor, Camskill is £165 + del, and blackcircles don't seem to sell them any more.

Will be ringing the local blokey in the morning but as long as tyremen don't have silly delivery it looks good value at £276 for a pair of rears.

?

I'm looking for recent deals, not reviews... I've had about 6 sets of these so I know how good they are... so yeah thanks for that.

lol... well noticed. I spotted this after I posted midmorning... btw how on earth did you know that?

About to get them fitted now - 265/40s - £270 inc VAT, fitting & balancing. :driving:

Bargain!

I know as i tried the //M configuration on my last tyre swap... And went back again! I really REALLY hate the feeling of sidewall flex and it was very noticable in fast corners with the FK452 rears on 40's. I could've played with the pressures but decided to ditch them while they were still new :)

Comes from driving a VX220 foolishly on T1-R's (or ditch finders)...

Youre probably better off though, the amount of times you have it sideways

:? :driving:  Moi? Don't notice any flex, but then they've only had 40s.

i feel safe again... even the Wales run was a tad hairy. JOB DONE.

Guy in there with a nice ph2 Clio V6... told me they don't have any Traction aids.. It shocked me, thought it would be a handful but he swears not.

Thats a great price especially with fitting.. where did you get that from?

Just out of interest as I'll be changing from RTF's soon what sort of mileage do you get out of a set.

Thanks
