Cheap MAF Sensor. Too good to be true?

Just stumbled across this on ECP ebay.

A Bosch MAF sensor for £42.99?

Can't find it on their official website, but they do have a VDO one @ £251.

Is the Bosch one missing something? Or am I missing something?

At this price im tempted to buy one.

I don't need one necessarily. Just thought if the price was right. But if it won't fit my engine no point.
