cheap 2008 convertible?

Just wondering what is up with this convertible? Seems cheap for an 08 model? Don't like the luggage bars but the rest looks tidy?
 
Cannot see anything wrong with car.Email him see if he wants the money transfering to western union in Rhodesia because he is selling it for his brother,
That Zed is toooo cheap.
 
It does look cheap for a 3.0 Si, Full BMW SH and a good spec too.

The advert does list it as 'Red' though not black, so it does make you wonder how accurate the rest is.

The person selling it joined ebay in Feb 2015 and has not sold or bought anything - sounds very dodgy!!!
 
Zero feedback & WBAC price :? if able to swing by to see the car & more importantly the seller then fine , if not then i would avoid for obvious reasons :wink:
 
word for word copy of an advert from April 2014 - except the price which was then closer to £11K,
think I'll give it a miss !
 
I messaged the seller he works in Scotland and asked for payment by paypal
so I sent him all my money -- NOT

got to be seriously dodgy :thumbsdown:
 
Reminds me of the time when I was selling my roadster a few years ago. Got a guy wanting to buy who offered full price but would only pay by PayPal. His English was terrible but he claimed to work for the Royal Navy in a submarine base in Scotland. He wanted my address so his friend could collect the car and then he would transfer the funds.... Needless to say I told him to f OFF!

Did more research afterwards and turns out it was a scam operating out of Nigeria who send a fake paypal payment email. Surprising how many pepole do get caught out though....
 
I got the same reply about seller working in Scotland please wire money etc. I told him it was my lucky day as I was also working in Scotland, on a serious fraud case with the police, and how I had a helicopter at my disposal so could meet him anywhere within an hour..Sadly he won't answer my messages anymore??
 
Luggage rack rare option -- yes but it's also awful!
Auction now ended, price removed....

Assume it will be back on in 2 weeks!
