Chavvy, 80's or Good Idea?

I have a black 54 Plate 3.0i Roadster and need new wheels / tyres. I have toyed with many ideas and my latest thought is this......

Purchase a set of 19" BMW rims such as the ones in the link and get them refurbished in white!!!

Like the wheels, just not in white. If you think a black car is hard to clean, you can't imagine white wheels (especially with OEM brake pads!)
 
Look marginally better than I imagined before I saw the picture, But still its a no
 
Always liked those wheels and have often thought they would look good on a Z4 especially an MZ4C but as for white wheels black car no way on a white car yes.

A matt finish gold wheel could look good on a black car a bit retro which i think the Z4 Roadster pre facelift is.
 
Thanks for the comments so far. Lucy seems to be the only one who likes them so far (which isn't a bad thing). However this is my other options.....

black with red rim would look pretty good i think. white wheels - no thanks, as mentioned think of the brake dust! i personally think white wheels are for seat ibizas only, i used to love the old cupras with the white alloys - or even rally cars with them, to me they would seem a bit out of place on a z4.
 
Gmaster, I actually think they look quite good.

Take a look at some of my older posts sometime in Jan/Feb. I did a number of mock up photoshop pics of them on my car.
