Chassis function restricted

Any advice in relation to the above dashboard message would be greatly appreciated.

My car, a 2019 Z4 2.0, was at the main dealers last week for a routine brake service and MOT. I was informed it had a nail in the rear tyre which I asked them to repair. All fine when I got the car back then a few miles down the road a bong and a message on screen asking for the tyre pressure to be checked at my convenience. I checked them yesterday (conflicting information on what pressure they should be on the door post and dash screen) plumping for 2.1 bar on the fronts (255/35/19) and 2.3 bar on the rears (275/35/19). The request to check the pressure’s however did not clear so I went through the reset procedure and whilst doing this the chassis function restricted message appeared. The tyre pressures then suddenly sorted themselves out and cleared with the chassis message clearing when the car is restarted.

This morning about 20 miles into my journey the chassis function restricted message popped up again. This clears each time I return to the car but quickly reappears with a bong on each journey. Any thoughts would be much appreciated, the only thing I found online so far is potentially the battery being on its way out.

Thanks

I've not had this issue, but noted the tyre pressure confusion.
My car, although registered in early 2020, had a build date of Nov 2019.
The tyre sizes are the same as yours.
The door pillar tag, dash screen and app list the tyre pressures as 2.2 bar all round.
Weirdly though, sometimes the app says 2.1 bar

Re the battery , is it the original?
Can you test it? AGM fully charged at rest it should be around 12.8 - 13.2v max. Anywhere around 11.6v and probably time for a new one
Maybe put the battery on a smart charger and see if the error message goes away for a time.

The Electrics on my G29 shut down at 12.2 v I had the 5 yr old battery tested result OK but after a week standing it drained again.
Fitted new battery it’s been find ever since but does fall to 12.5v after a week

It is the original battery, tested it with a multimeter and got 12.6v then under load with a battery tester which it passed.

I am guessing it is probably a sensor of some description so another trip to the dealer (or the local specialist).

Diagnosed as an issue with one of the ride height sensors and now replaced.
