Anyone replaced the OE charge pipes preemptively ? If yes, with OE or aftermarket ? Any trouble with inspections or emission tests ? Any noticeable change in throttle response ?

Yes, aftermarket, no, no

Unlike the N54 charge pipes on other cars there’s no real documented issues with E89 charge pipes at normal / modest boost levels

I ended up going with the Evolution Racewerks Chargepipe Kit (OE DV) but havent fitted yet, waiting for a day thats not 85+ out

I got a guy but from looking into it, I think it would only fail the visual inspection if they even noticed.

Other things came up, I needed to take apart my wheel and my Alfa's wheel because I was going to copy the Alfa Romeo paddles and use a 3d scanner to get files to give to a client of mine.

Been working on getting my brakes upgraded. After that I was going to dive back into it.
