Channel 4 Citizenship Test - How British are you?

My confidence has been shattered after scoring 8/24.Does anybody have a LHD Zed they want to p/x for my RHD?

I only got 12/24, but am slightly more optimistic when I checked some of my 'incorrect' answers and found that I was right and C4 were wrong.

For example:
Channel 4 Stupid Test said:
20) A film with a U classification is suitable for…
  • Anyone
  • Anyone over age 4
I correctly answered 'Anyone' and it was marked incorrect, however...
British Board of Film Classification said:
Universal – Suitable for all.

I got 10/24... Maybe we should all team up and chuck the goverment out instead!

Unfortunately you and I are both wrong. It is 4+

Universal – Suitable for all

It is impossible to predict what might upset any particular child. But a ‘U’ film should be suitable for audiences aged four years and over. ‘U’ films should be set within a positive moral framework and should offer reassuring counterbalances to any violence, threat or horror.

If a work is particularly suitable for a pre-school child to view alone, this will be indicated in the Consumer Advice.

I read that, but it says SHOULD BE, not IS, and it's in the 'small print' that no-one would read anyway.

Therefore it's not a definite, and thus the original 'suitable for all' should overrride it as it may be unsuitable for some 5 year olds and fine for some 2 year olds (as they won't understand it anyway).

I've seen mothers with babies at some 'U' films.

Im more interested in seeing who can get the lowest now
