Hi fellow Zed owners, I would really appreciate any advice/opinion you have to offer on wheel replacements for my current BMW E86 Z4 Coupe.
I purchased the car with standard 18” MV2’s but sold those and replaced them with BMW 108’s.
The inner barrels require a refurb/powder coating, but I’m thinking of replacing them with either….
BMW 224’s (BMW Z4 M Wheels 18”)
Or
BMW 67M (BMW E46 M3 Wheels 18”)
So my questions are, will I….
Have issues with offset?
Can I use the tyres on my current wheels that are front J8 and rear J8.5 with, for example the BMW 67M’s that are front J8 but rear J9? (I believe the same can be said for the 224’s).
There’s a lovely set of powder coated black 224’s that I think are a forum members on eBay that I am watching, but they are up in Sutton Coldfield, so a bit of a trek, hence, I need to do my due diligence 1st.
Forgive my naivety, I’m normally a “keep it stock” person, but, I may keep the coupe a few years longer, thus, may personalise it with some subtle mods.
