I'm fussy with tyres and the Falkens grip very well, they also give a VAST improvement in handling because the sidewalls give a bit (unlike the Bridgstone RFTs) this allows the suspension to work keeping the tread in contact with the road, reducing tramlining and bump steer mid-bend which can be unnerving. You can feel the extra give in the sidewall under cornering loads but IMO this gives the steering more feel as to whats going on and allows much faster cornering because you are not having the front end whipped out line or being bounced in to a ditch.
They feel confident in the wet for for similar reasons and made a huge difference to braking because they stay in contact and don't dance around like the RFTs.
