Changing to Alloy Foot Pedals

Hi

Anyone changed the stock foot pedals in the zed to alloy pedals? Are you pleased with the result?

Is it an easy job?

Thanks in advance.

Should be easy, but you have to drill holes in the brake and clutch pedals, in a position which is not exactly easy to get to.

I have done this twice now, on my wife's Z4 and my M3. In both cases the brake pedal seemed to be too small and I had to fix a small metal brace across the bottom of the pedal to hold the cover in place.

I shall not do it a third time.

I haven't done it yet, but this one, really interests me

Let us know how your upgrade goes... I am still waiting for the car from the dealer :x

Did it myself. About a 1 hour job mainly taken up cutting the footrest down to fit the Z4 size as there did not seem to be a specific one available. As above just need to drill fixing holes, but I had no problems as the pedals were the right size.
