So all that copying and pasting to tell me it’s used in the in aviation industry :P

No copying and pasting required …30+ years in aviation…15 as head of continuing airworthiness amongst many aviation posts held..

So in your industry, that is aviation, all pressures are atmospheric, excepting the ones you have in your tyres

If you fly an Austrian built plane under CAA rules you have just about every possible unit of measure accept firkins, poles and perches..

Sorry ! What was the question ?
The original question was (IIRC) whether tyre pressures should be adjusted for non-RF tyres over the recommended for RFTs.
The answer is NO.
Then a forum member proceeded to try to stamp their authority over all things technical relating to the E89 and thus ensued a discussion which no-one cares about. Said member was then brought to task by people with more knowledge but refused to surrender to superior knowledge and dug themselves a bigger hole. That's how I see it anyway :D

Even though the said member is in charge of airworthiness of all aircraft in the whole world; which is a bit of a worry :D

PS no offence intended or inferred, it's all in good humour

Seems to happen regularly with this technical god I'm afraid.
