Change my 2002 headlights with 2007 ones

Hi all, can you change my old 2002 model headlights out for the 2007 version? Will wiring be different? The lights im looking at getting also have white indicator glass not orange, is that just a case of getting a orange bulb? Any advise greatly appreciated

The wiring is different- it can be done but not a simple plug and play. Much more complicated if xenon’s.

I've replaced halogen units on a 2005 pre-facelift car (orange indicator lenses), with post-facelift units (clear indicator lenses). Plug and play and straightforward. I presume the very early models were no different.
