Does someone know how do i remove front lower lateral grills? On my zed I have those black grill with a grey plastic piece in the middle and it really hurt my eyes since my z4 is black. Not sure if i explained myself good but I’m not figuring out how to post a pic here 😅

By the looks of it and from what members have said in the past it may require the bumper to be removed as they are clipped in place.
Maybe they can be done in place if the wheel arch liner is removed.

No you need to remove the bumper as I wanted to put the 35is grills on mine and it was the only way. The bumper beam gets in the way

As stated that’s the official position..

You can just pull them off (don’t ask me how I know)…but there is more chance of damaging the black plastic faux grill / inlet ..

The lower grills can come out without removing the bumper or wheel arch covers ( I have done this to gloss paint mine) they are clipped in place, you need to push towards the engine to unclip , that’s the easy part , putting them back after a new paint was a little harder . You will need a hook tool once it’s in place, so that you can pull towards you to get it clipped back in properly. I used a home made gadget wrapped in soft cloth so as not to damage my new paint
