Change fuel consumption to read in mpg instead of l/km

Really silly question :oops:

As the title suggests how the hell do you change the fuel consumption to Imperial, currently mine shows 8.9l/100km. Not being a great mathematician this doesn't really mean anything to me.

I know you can change the temp measure from °F/°C via the BC button, From memory I believe the fuel can only be changed via software. Hopefully someone else will be able to confirm this.
 
In an e89 you change it with the bc button, but the car must be at a standstill.
You cant do it with the car moving I believe.

Scooby if you live anywhere near cambridgeshire i have carly so if it can be changed using that then pop over :thumbsup:
 
On a Sat Nav model you can do it with the screen options (configuration). Just hover over it and you get the choice to scroll through them, it follows through to the dial display automatically.

Superb ! Thanks for that. Never even gave it a thought, I bought the car and I was sure it was reading in mpg , not long after my 9 year old son had been"playing" in the car I noticed the display had changed. I just thought I'd imagined the mpg :roll:

Thanks for that kind offer mate, unfortunately I'm in Edinburgh! A wee bit far :D
I've managed to sort it now, was in the on-screen options on the satnav which I've never used before. :oops:
