Change centre console and dashboard of E85

Hey guys

So I'm planning on changing the brushed aluminum parts of the dash and centre console and I'm hoping to attach classic wood look which would go well with the cream leather interior I have.

This is my first big restoration and I'm looking for ideas, instructions (removal of aluminum parts etc) and places I can source the wood inspired stuff.

So please feel free to add any information which might be helpful
