Works well.. and usually a jet wash is enough to get it clean now.
The only downside is that I've got a couple of stone chips and they are pretty big chips... maybe thats an Audi thing.. but the guys did warn me before hand that it could be a possible side effect now.
Japseroony said:I had my Audi S6 done about 18 months ago and then the RS6 in Sept last year just prior to picking it up - have to say it is a fantastic product and it really is like putting a glass coating on the paint. It takes a few days depending on how many coats you want, I would recommend 4 and then a coat of light to help bring out the shine of the paint and then it needs leaving for a day untouched for the coating to set.
Once done, a quick snow foam wash and she is looking great again. Going get the Z4 done once there is a slot in the diary and I have saved up enough money as the process is not cheap but well worth it IMHO![]()
Where are you thinking of getting it done as the local chap here has a number of folk around the country doing it?

Having has the coating on the Audi for 12 months I have not had any bad experience with stone chips and having spoken to the chaps that applied my coating they say the exact opposite in that the coating very much helps protect the paint from minor stone chips but nothing is going to stop the bigger one's - that's just life and unfortunate![]()
