Centre Storage

Has anyone come up with any novel uses for the centre rear storage. CD changer no longer connected due to a head unit change. I still have the old Nokia phone unit in mine.

How about seal it with a glass panel and put some tropical fish in there?

I have a flea circus and a Gideon bible in mine.

What goes in the part on the other side of the phone (other side to pen holder)? Always been curious about that.
It's a bit sad really. A whole forum full of E85/E86 fans, and none of us know what to do with the thing right next to the drivers seat :?

Too busy :driving: :P

I keep a nice traditional chromed brass tyre pressure gauge in my pen holder but due to the amazing acceleration g forces or crappy clip system the tool is usual rattling about in the bottom of the storage compartment.

Mine holds all manner of crap that gets slung about in there :driving:
Was thinking of removing the cd changer.....so I can store more crap ..... (Cd changer doesn't work now anyway)

I still use the CD changer, but it also hold CDs, duster, OBD2 dongle, pen, spare iPhone charger, TomTom (when the glovebox is full) and some SP50 from when I was allergic to the sun.

Pen in the clip and in the other side I keep a lightning connector lead to charge the iphone. I have installed a double USB socket at the back of the cubby to plug things in. A ipod classic fits in the 'phone carrier (it does fit, honest!) then run the aux cable through to plug it in.

Any pictures?

Ideas...

Take out the changer and the shelves then fit an optic with a nice bottle of something Scottish.

Fully working Flux Capacitor to impress your passengers.

Sandwiches

Disco lights

Tissues for mopping up the tears of the hatchback owners realising they bought the wrong car although they probably keep a supply in the boot.

Convertible owners could keep a hat in there for the cold dry days when the roof comes down
