Ever since I disconnected the battery to replace it, my centre consul won't open. I can jemmy it with a screwdriver but can't get the catch to open. Is there a relay on it that locks it? Anything I can do to fix it without changing the catch?
It’s a simple electric actuator. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery again.
If that doesn’t work you need a new actuator.
