Central locking

So, for a while now my central locking has been playing up. Sometimes the doors would unlock, sometimes not. Now they just won't unlock but they lock no probs. The boot and fuel cap work fine. I've read that the gm5 module is the usual suspect. Does anyone know where I can send it to have the relays replaced?

Did mine couple weeks ago
Really easy two screws under glove box to take off plastic trim, then two bolts to undo bracket ,just above on your left 3 connectors to unplug. There is a photo guide on Internet , but it shows module panel on the back of the plastic trim , which mine was not as its up higher. All the other details are correct
Then send of to the repair service on e bay as below back in about 5 days
