After 4 years of E85 ownership I've just changed it for an E89. I've been really pleased with the new motor but in the last two weeks have encountered an issue with the central locking. On 3 occasions when I've got to the car to unlock it the car repeatedly re-lock itself before I can get the door open. The last time it took me 6 attempts before resorting to the key.
The car is spec'd with comfort access but even that didn't work when this is happening.
I've booked the car back into BMW Dealer as it's covered under warranty but wanted to know if anyone else had had similar difficulties?
