Center console trim replacement

Does the center console need to be removed in order to replace the trim. My wood grain trim has a chip out of one side and I think I have found a replacement, so does the trip pop out with some trim tools or is it screwed in from underneath

Screws, about a hundred of them! Don't try and pry it out!
