Remove totally, there’s more than enough slack on the line and the fittings are designed to go together. Presumably the car is out of warranty so ‘tampering’ isn’t an issue. Well worth it btw

Remove totally , and some advice if you get air in the system get someone to sit in the driving seat to press the clutch pedal down when bleeding while you undo the bleed Nipple near to the valve
