CDV delete or replace with unrestricted valve?

I have BMW warranty so am presuming it is better to replace with a restricted valve as opposed to just removing, to maintain a 'stock' appearance.

Any idea where is the best place to order for the UK, and typical cost?

Or is it far easier to just 'delete'.

How old is the car, if it's under three years I would probably get a modified one, if older just remove it.

Even if you had a problem with the clutch they could check the valve so even with a modified one they can easily check.

The car is Dec 2008, but has continued BMW warranty.

I guess if the clutch/trans did run into a problem I could switch it back!
