CD stuck

Not a critical problem but a bit of a pian. I have a CD stuck that won't eject, it plays fine but just won't come out. Anyone got any tips of how to get it out please.
 
Is it trying to eject, like making the right noises or just nothing. If nothing, it could be the eject button is gummed up and some electrical cleaner or WD40 sprayed into the button, could help loosen it.
