cd stack

All,
My CD player is working fine but I can not get the CD-stack out of the middle console when I press the green release button. Does it have a seperate fuse or do I need to strip down the middle console to trace the fault?

Mine does this
Just get handle end of hammer on the cd Cassette and give it good push in then try green release button

Hi Ian, no luck sofar. Could I prise it out with some plastic car trim removal tools?

This works every time. I use a butter knife.

I will try tomorrow. I managed already to pulverise the eject button. It is truly stuck!
