CD or DVD player on dashboard

Hi,
Just a simple question:

on the pics of dashboard (new Z4) we saw in some case a sort of CD/DVD charger with 8 buttons (with the navagtion package ?)
But in the spec documentation we saw a 6 cd or dvd charger in option (in place of cd business radio player in standard).
My question is simple : what is that ??

1) Is it a CD or a DVD player/charger ???
2) Is it an 8 or 6 discs capacity ???
3) Is it different from the optional charger in the Glovebox

The 8 buttons are so you can program shotcuts for various aspects such as radio heating etc.

They added them as trying to do everthing throught the idrive was a PITA.

Nothing to do with the CD/DVD Changer.

so i have another precision

we can see a slot for a cd or dvd on this item (above the 8 button)
is it for the dvd navigation or is it for simple cd/dmd of MP3.
The navigation pro and map are perhaps on hard disk ???

if you know it will be usfull for a dvd charger player in the glovebox so

The 6-disc DVD changer located in top section of glove compartment.

cali92, download the owners manual from here and have a good read though all the info. If I was getting one with nav I would choose the USB option too. Think the nav still needs the DVD slot?

You are right Wondermike, slot is for Nav.

but you will use it only first time for download map and program of navigation system dvd into the hard drive
after that you can you put out this DVD and use this slot to put a DVD of MP3

could be I forgot there is a HD now.
